We are Glad to wrap your purchase at no additional charge. Just let us know if you would like it gift wrapped. We will use a generic wrapping on your gift. If you prefer a special gift wrap let us know in comments section at checkout.
Product availability
If you order an item that is out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you right away and assist you in making an alternate selection. We cannot honor orders of items that are no longer available.

All gold weights, carat weights and measurements are approximate.

At Don Henefer Jewelers we make every effort to make sure our online store is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to view the products in great detail some items may appear larger or smaller than actual size. Since every computer monitor is set differently, , color and size may vary.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your jewelry purchase as possible. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, Don Henefer Jewelers states that carat total weight on all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from actual weight.
For items containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight.
Misprints
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may happen. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Shopping online
Shopping online at Don Henefer Jewelers is easy. Just follow these step by step instructions to learn how to shop online with us.
1. when you find the jewelry item you wish to purchase just click on the picture or product name and you will be taken to a page with a larger picture and a description of the item.
2. To begin the purchase process choose the quantity you'd like to buy and click the add to basket button. That's it. Now you can continue shopping until you're ready to checkout.
3. You can view the items in your cart at any time by clicking the view cart button.
4. When you're done shopping click the checkout button. You will be taken to a page showing the current contents of your shopping cart. From here you must either choose to continue shopping or checkout. When you're ready click the checkout button.
5. on the next screen you will be asked to login if you have purchased from us before. If you are a new customer, click the new customer button to create a new account.
6. you will be asked to provide billing and shipping information, create a login name and password. This information is stored on our secure server to assist you when shopping at Don Henefer Jewelers in the future.
7. Next, you will be asked to enter your payment method and shipping preference. You're almost done.
8. the final screen is your invoice or receipt. You can print this page for your records.
Return policy
15 day return policy
At Don Henefer Jewelers Online Store we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15 day return policy on most items.
Condition of item
The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Your request will be processed after we receive and inspect the item to verify its condition. Damaged items due to customer negligence will not be accepted. Items that are personalized, engraved or altered will not be accepted for return.
Please return Item with all original materials. This includes gift boxes and Laboratory grading reports.
Obtain a return authorization number
In order to send back an item you must obtain a return authorization number. Please call a customer service representative at 314-921-3001 or contact us at jerrygems@att.net. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Mailing and Insurance
For your protection, please insure the package for the full
amount of the invoice and ship by registered mail. This is the
safest way to ship high value items.
Please enclose a packing slip and print your name and address
on the outside of the package.
In order to protect your package against theft when shipping, do
Not write Don Henefer Jewelers, diamonds, jewelry, etc or any
related luxury word on outside of package.
Don Henefer Jewelers is not responsible for shipping losses.
Refunds
We will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
Custom Jewelry Items
Mother's rings, all family type jewelry and all custom made items are made just for you and cannot be returned. Once your custom made or special order item has been placed with the manufacturer, your order can not be cancelled and these items are not returnable.
Returning an Item you received as a gift.
If you would like to return an item received as a gift, please follow the same steps to return an item. You must obtain a return authorization Number.
You will have the option to exchange the item or receive a Don Henefer Jewelers Gift Card.
Return process time
Returns take approximately 10 business days from our receiving the item. Once we have processed the return you will notified by email.
Shipping
Free Shipping
All orders over $100.00 will be shipped FREE via UPS Ground
to arrive at your location in 5-10 business days. We cannot ship to P.O. , A.P.O., or F.P.O. boxes. Items not in stock will leave our store within 5-7 business days.
Optional Shipping Choices.
We also offer 2nd day and overnight delivery by UPS. Extra charges will apply. These options are available at checkout.
Warranty
All Jewelry purchased from Don Henefer Jewelers Online Store is warranted for 1 year against manufacturer's defect.
If an item fails during that time , Don Henefer Jewelers will , at our discrection, repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of precious, semi-precious stones, diamonds, and/or pearls are not covered.
